• Administrative Representative - Credit Customer Service Center
Berlin, CT [+-]
Perform a variety of assignments associated with credit and collections. Initiate and receive telephone contacts with a wide range of customers regarding delinquent accounts, payment arrangements, referrals for special assistance, etc. An understanding of credit and collection policies and procedures and good public relations attitude and show sensitivity to customers’ needs, especially with customer contacts regarding delinquent accounts is NECESSARY. The ability to work in a FAST PACED environment with changing priorities is required.

• SAP Portal Administrator
New Haven, CT [+-]
Our client is looking for and experienced Functional Consultant with excellent communication skills both written and verbal for a 6 month plus project in CT. If you are interested in working with a smart group of people on an exciting project please read on.
The right candidate must have completed at least TWO prior ESS/MSS Portal Implementations. Will be expected to setup and build all portal environments in Development, QAT, Production, and sandbox. Must be able to make recommendations on additional hardware if needed. Ability to build adobe document server and set up knowledge warehouses is necessary. Load all bsn content for ess/mss and update portal with latest portal patches. Set up NWDI server and environment. Experience with setting up ldap and SSO is required. Experience with dmz and setting up connection to external internet. Must be able to troubleshoot portal for errors connecting to various systems.
The functional consultant who does the implementation for ESS/MSS should also have the capability to redo the time schema as well.
• ESS/MSS Functional Configuration for SAP Content Portal Management

The candidate must know how to configure portal content. SAP homepage framework, portal branding, ESS/MSS SAP configuration for all submodules: e-rec, performance, management, talent management, HR master data, HR process and froms, knows or familiar with knowledge warehouse, UWL and adobe forms.
• Java Webdynpro Developer
New Haven, CT [+-]
A minimum requirement of six (6) years of SAP Java Webdynpro development experience related to HR module. Candidate must be familiar with content management and will be asked to provide evaluation of business needs and technical design development.
*Candidate must have completed at least 2 ess/mss implementations.
*Candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skills as he/she will be called upon to work with various users and stakeholders of the system, particularly in the gathering of requirements.
*Candidate must have excellent HR experience, and experience with building custom iviews and nwdi (netweaver development infrastructure) usage. Must be able to debug standard SAP java and webdynpro iviews. Familiar with adobe forms and SAP abap and content management, UWL(universal work list), and portal branding.

• SAP CRM Functional Consultant

Our client is upgrading the functionality of their SAP CICO module and possibly an upgrade to CRM to support its efforts in becoming Customer Centric. They are seeking an evaluation of their current systems and processes and a scope of work for their possible upgrade.
This will require identifying improvements to the existing Customer Interface and Call Center Operation (CICO) and their Operations Command Center. The consultant will develop a General Description of the Work based on their understanding of the SAP module and based on their prior experience with similar utility operations. The consultant must have prior experience with the implementation and/or upgrade of the CICO module in a utility (consumption based) environment. The consultant will review and blue print the existing processes and procedure as they relate to the Customer Services functions. Customer Service includes consumption based billing which must be included in the review. The consultant will then educate the customer service group about the features and functions of the SAP CRM Web Client module or other SAP Modules that would facilitate the Customer Centric direction of the company. The consultant and customer service group will decide on the scope for CRM functionality.
The project will include the development of a project implementation plan as well as an overall framework and schedule together with business process modeling (BPM). The BPM’s will include customer call management, call center and field operations communications, “notifications” to “work orders” and overall usage of the SAP modules by the customer service group. Methodologies for implementing performance metrics and reporting related to these activities will be developed.
A step-by-step methodology for addressing the requirements of this Overall Project Approach, together with the specifics of how it will perform the work, including all interim and final documentary products, work flow diagrams, manuals, SOP’s, training, etc that are necessary for the client to adopt the new processes and procedures during implementation of the Project and after is required. The project tasks will include implementation, trouble-shooting, training client customer service personnel and supervisors; go live and on-going technical support.
• SAP Workflow Consultant

A minimum requirement of six (6) years of SAP Workflow development experience related to HR module. Candidate will be asked to provide Workflow support, as well as evaluating business needs and technical design development. Candidate must be able to develop, test, debug and document the Workflow. Must have completed at least 2 ess/mss implementations.
Candidate must have strong technical skills in all areas of the ABAP Workbench and Workflow Builder.
Candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skills as he/she will be called upon to work with various users and stakeholders of the system, particularly in the gathering of requirements.
Candidate must have excellent HR experience and configure and build rules using standard ess/mss workflows and other modules as well.
Other Skills Required:
*Experience with Business Server Pages (BSP) application programming skills

This position is a contract position for approximately 6 months.
• Technician - Residential Energy
New Britain, CT [+-]
Candidate will be traveling throughout Connecticut to inspect and oversee work that is performed by residential energy efficiency technicians within the Home Energy Solutions (natural gas and electric residential conservation) Program. Since the candidate will be interfacing with residential customers and contractors, the candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills. The work is performed in the homes of residential customers.
The person will be responsible for providing verification and written documentation that technicians are following program rules including but limited to:
1. Assuring that vendors arrive at customers homes on time (within an acceptable window)
2. Technicians are dressed appropriately and have visible photos IDs
3. Program rules regarding safety are followed
4. Assuring that test equipment including blower doors and duct blasters are used properly and that results are accurate
5. Effective and appropriate strategies are used to seal drafts and air leaks within the building envelope
6. Technicians follow proper communication protocols with customers
7. Assuring that technicians leave the workplace clean upon satisfactory completion of the job
8. Assuring that all appropriate energy efficiency measures such as light bulbs, shower heads and insulation are installed properly.
The candidate will be traveling to residential job sites on a daily basis and will be providing written reports back to the Operations Supervisor outlining and highlighting the performance of contracted energy technicians. Person will be responsible for providing their own reliable transportation to and from job sites. Background in building science or engineering is desirable along with good written and oral communication skills.
