SAP Success Stories

eRichards successfully led, managed and executed the SAP upgrade project for our client. We developed and tailored the architecture, solution, blueprint and implementation plan that enabled the evaluation and adoption of key SAP functionality and migrated legacy CCS solution to ECC 6.0. This allowed our client to streamline business processes and adopt leading practices, while minimizing unnecessary customization. As a member of the steering committee, eRichards provided strategic direction and hands-on monitoring for cutover and key milestones to complete the upgrade project on time and on budget.

Planning

Analyzed requirements, prepared work plan and scheduled for the SAP PS integration with SAP AM, IM, PM, MM and FICO modules. This was done using SAP version ECC 6.0.

Design

Carried out configuration, prototyping and functionality design to match business requirements for handling assets and plant maintenance orders integrated with projects.

Deployment

Prepared test scripts, business scenarios and carried out testing of the new functionality of SAP PS integration with SAP AM, IM, PM, MM and FICO modules. Trained the core team members and conducted user acceptance testing and prepared for new release of functionality.
